Brew a cup of Hibiscus Earth Tea by Good Time Health at 212°F and steep for 5–10 minutes to unlock its full flavor and benefits. Each bag contains 30 servings, offering you a month’s worth of calm, focus, and hydration in every sip.
For a perfect cup of tea (8oz), use 1 tablespoon (3.5g) of our tea blend. Add to your preferred brewing apparatus and steep for at least 3 minutes. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy a Good Time!

I love this tea. Found it at a co op and havent been able to stop drinking ever since. The adaptogens help me calm down after working chaotic shifts in the Emergency Department. And the hibiscus flavor is absolutely lovely.

Great Taste
I haven't tried a ton of mushroom teas, but I can imagine that they can be very earthy without the proper herbal pairing. I love the hibiscus flavor with the mushrooms because of how strong it is, it really mellows out the mushrooms. Big fan, thanks for making a great product!
